Wind Ensemble
The Wind Ensemble is a select ensemble in the curricular band program. They perform an advanced repertoire with a very high level of musicianship. Membership is by audition only.
The Wind Ensemble is a full year long honors course offered as a full credit elective. Students in the Wind Ensemble come for private assessment and lessons with the band directors during the school day. Grades are determined using the following criteria: lesson preparedness, repertoire preparation, class participation, and individual improvement. The Wind Ensemble performs at several concerts through out the year and during the Spring competition.
